How do I select the name I want for my Name Your Tune CD?
You can browse through our list of currently recorded names here . Please keep in mind the infinite spelling possiblities for the name that you're looking for. It's most important to us that we have the name recorded as you pronounce it - we can spell it your way on the label.
How do I convey how the name I want is pronounced?
This step is most important for those names that can be pronounced in multiple ways. For example, Madeline can be pronounced as Mad-el-line or Mad-el-in and Keira can be pronounced as Key-rah, Key-air-ah or Key-ah-rah. When in doubt - please clearly let us know how the name is pronounced. You can spell it out phoenetically as we have here, or you can tell us what it rhymes with like Kyra could be rhymes with "my" or "me".
Providing us with this information will make sure that you get the pronunciation that you want shipped right away and will avoid delays.
Can I spell a name differently than what is listed on your Name Your Tune list of names?
Absolutely! Please indicate your spelling when you order. We make the CDs and labels to order so that they are as personalized as personalized can be!
Can I have more than one name on a Name Your Tune CD?
For sure! We can incorporate multiple names on a Name Your Tune CD...with pleasure. There is no extra cost to have more than one name included throughout our
songs. To do this, we alternate songs between the
names. When you place your order, simply put the names in the space indicated.
How long can my personalized message be on the label of my Name Your Tune CD?
We can include up to 24 characters on the line above the name and 36 characters below the name on the label of your Name Your Tune CD. The space on the CD is not large so please keep your message within these limits.
What do I do if the name I want is not on the Name Your Tune list of available names?
The Name Your Tune performers are in our recording studio 6 times a year to sing new names for the Name Your Tune CD. You can have your name added to the list for the next studio session by completing the "Name to Add" request form. Once we have recieved your requeset, we will be in touch to let you know when the next recording session will be and when to expect your Name Your Tune CD to arrive to you.
Please note that only one new name can be on a Name Your Tune CD. If you are requesting that two new names be recorded, you need to purchase 2 Name Your Tune CDs.

When will my Name Your Tune CDs arrive?
We ship all Canadian orders with Canada Post Express and Expedited Service so that they are ensured, traceable and will arrive to you quickly! Please know that we will ship orders once payment is received.
I am interested in using Name Your Tune as a loot bag for my child's birthday party. Do you offer volume discounts?

Please include a copy of your order (either printed from the website or handwritten) to accompany your cheque.
Will I be notified when my order has shipped?
Yes! We will send an email to the email address that you provide at the time of your order to let you know that your package is on its way.

What is the turnaround time on the other personalized products that you carry?
"My Woodness Me!" - orders are on a three-week delivery cycle. As soon as they arrive to me, I turn them around and send them to you. We will be in touch when we receive your order to confirm your estimated delivery time.
Blankets - Blanket orders usually can be ready in one week to ten days.
Wall Art - These pieces are made to order and will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks.

What is Hear Here?
Hear Here is a non-profit charitable organization that purchases hearing aids for children. Hear Here is administered through The Hospital For Sick Children in Toronto. What is Play It Forward?
Play It Forward is a campaign that was launched by Name Your Tune in the fall of 2006. We collected pre-loved and new CDs of all genres for donation to The Canadian Music Therapy Trust Fund. The more than 20,000 CDs that were donated are being routed to Music Therapy Centres, Programs, Initiatives and Therapists across the country. Designed with you in mind, our new digipack it is
environmentally friendly and made out of recyclable resources using vegetable based
ink and water-based coating. The paper has been approved by the Forestry
Stewardship Council (FSC), an international organization promoting responsible
management of the world's forests socially, environmentally and economically.

Our shipping packaging is also fully recycled and

The Zerofootprint Seal on the envelope confirms that
we have offset the carbon footprint resulting from shipping your Name Your Tune
CDs. The idea of offsetting is to counterbalance the environmental effects of your
actions in order to ensure a healthier environment.
